1. Clubs with 80 members or less must show a 10% growth in club membership. This will constitute an award at District Convention.
2. For clubs with more than 80 members, membership must grow by at least eight (8) members. This will constitute an award at District Convention.

1. Key Clubs who sponsor or co-sponsor a Builders Club wil receive a banner patch and certificate at district convention.
