Award Criteria:
  1. List and briefly summarize a service project that was held having to do with each of the following areas:
    Spastic Paralysis or IDD
    Theme and Major Emphasis Program: "Teaming up to Create Champions"
    Advocacy: Focus; Advocating for preteens to reject drugs, smoking and alcohol.

  2. Out of the 7 following areas, choose 3 of them and briefly summarize a service project that was done in each of the areas:
    Service to School
    Service to Community
    Church
    Kiwanis Family
    Special Olympics
    Children
    Senior Citizens
-Do not use a single project for more than one area (six seperate projects must be use)

-It is strongly recommended that 25% of your club's members participate in each project.

-You may use seperate paper to type summaries on, but also must include entry form and signatures.

-This award must be typed, signed by the club president and Faculty or Kiwanis Advisor, and postmarked by February 1st, 1999
