Welcome to the virtual compendium. This site intends to act as somewhat of a clearing house for literature online. From poetry to Sci-Fi and everything in between. If you just like to curl up in front of a crackling fire with your lap top and read late into the night, then this site is for you. But don't worry, If you'd like nothing more than to sit out on the dock at sunset and compose poetry or perch on the balcony of your apartment and decide the fate of one of your many characters and you want to share your work with others, then this site is for you too! But what separates us from every other site out there that begs and pleads for submissions of writing? What separates us from the thousands of literature e-zines? Well, we're hosts first and critics later. We don't want to judge you and decide how good WE think your writing is. The only concern is that you have a place online to "publish" your work. Another key difference is the fact that your writings are available instantly. No waiting for some busy webmaster to update the site, its just like putting your work up on a bulletin board.
